Keep untreated full-cream milk, shake cream ("Sahne") to make butter

are flowing.
You can make cream, butter
and chease from milk and honey
from sugar.
What
you need
Infusions bottle with 50 ml freshly
milked milk, injection bottle with 5-ml cream
Experiment
* Left: Leave 50
ml milk from a farmer cooled for one night.
* Middle: Transfer
5 ml of cream into an injection bottle close it and shake for some minutes.
Observations
* Left: Cream
floats on untreated milk.
* Right: Butter
separates as a solid on the surface during shaking.
You can be spread
this butter on a piece of bread.
