Diet margarine and "Du darfst",
* transfer the liquids into
three prepared 20-ml syringes.
* Observations
Middle:
* A yellow layer floats on a second layer which looks milky.
* Most of butter and margarine
is yellow layer. * More than half of "Du darfst" is the lower
milky layer.

After solidification the substances can be removed from the
syringe.
* "Du darfst"
consists of 1/4 yellow and 3/4 milky layer.
* Explanation:
Butter and diet margarine are 90% (yellow) and 10% water.
"Du darfst" conatins one quarter of fat (yellow) and three quarter water
which is solidified by gelatine.
