Lauterbach is
a small town 100 km north of Frankfurt. Its name is derived from a small
river:
Lauter-Bach
(photos) springs in a mountain area near-by called Vogelsberg ("mountain
of the birds"). "With an are of 2500 km2 covered by vulcanite
Vogelsberg is the Central Europe´s biggest closed volcano area".
Lauterbach is my place of working since
1963 where I am living since 1978.
