Fo15 Cream and butter from full-cream milk

What you need
Infusion bottle with 50 ml freshly milked milk, injection bottle with 5-ml cream
Experiment
* Left: Leave 50 ml milk from a farmer cooled for one night.
* Middle: Transfer 5 ml of cream into an injection bottle close it and shake for some minutes.
Observations
* Left: Cream floats on untreated milk.
* Right: Butter separates as a solid on the surface during shaking.
  You can be spread this butter on a piece of bread.
