can be obtained from one potato?

A potato looses most of its weight while drying up.

When a potato chars in the hot ash of a grill the loss of weight is even greater.

* Weigh a potato   (My experiment: ..........    [90] g).
*  Wrap it up in a double layer of aluminium foil.
*  Keep it in the hot ash of a grill fire for one night.
*  Re-weigh (My experiment: .......... [11] g), crush it to powder.
Observations:
 (11/90 g = 12 % of the potato were made of carbon)
