Fo10 Egg or potato: Which one contains more water?

*  Weigh an egg, ask an adult to remove its shell:
* Left: The egg is dipped into hydrochloric acid (10%), washed under water to remove the foam and dipped again Rubber gloves are needed.
 * Middle: Carefully take such an egg (middle photo), reweigh it.
*  Keep it at a warm place (on the heater) until there is no more loss in weight (right photo).
Observation right: The egg contains the same quantity of water like the potato: about 75%.
