6. Mix a sugar cube with two syringes full of hot water

Transfer a sugar cube into a 10-ml bottle (photo 1) or into well 1 of a
well
plate 6 (photo 2).

Add 2 syringes full of hot water (photo 2), place your container into a
tray.

Mix by pulling and pushing with your syringe until the sugar disappears
(photo 3).

Clean the syringe. Transfer 1 syringe of water to wells 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 of the plate.

Transfer 1 syringe of water to each of the wells 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Take one syringe of sugar water from well 1. Add it to well 2.

Mix by pulling and pushing with the syringe.
.8.
Take one syringe of sugar water from well 2. Add it to well 3.
.9.
Repeat the procedure: In the end you will have two syringes full of water
in wells 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
10.
Ask somebody to transfer HALF A SYRINGE FULL OF WATER OR SUGAR WATER
FROM WELL 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.

THE WELLPLATE 6 AT A WARM PLACE TO LET THE WATER DRY UP.
