* Left: In the previous experiment you have mixed grains of sugar, citric acid and salt with drops of water on a black plastic surface:  * They became invisible as they werde dissolved.
* Leave the solution for evaporation of the water. * Right: The 3 white solids are visble again:
  Salt forms small cubes, citric acid reappears as small fans, sugar does not show a special shape.
Remember : Solids with a regular shape are called crystals. The separation of crystals from liquids is called   crystallisation.  (Snow flakes are water crystals).
